THE DREAM
“Where there is no vision the people perish.” Proverbs 29:18 “Your sons and daughters shall prophesy and your old men shall dream dreams and your young men shall see visions.” Joel 2:28.
In 1999 we first envisaged a means of helping people who were in ministry by raising funds in my retirement and donating these funds to people and Christian organisations doing valuable humanitarian work in Australia and abroad. Thus Kingdom Works was created.
THE VISION
It occurs to us that good faithful men and women have for centuries given themselves to improve the lot of thirsty and needy people. These are whom we call the priests. But often they lack the finances and resources to concentrate fully on their ministries. Others whom we call the kings have the finances and resources but not the gifting nor the time to help other people. Our vision is to put the Kings with the Priests. But first we need to raise the funds. My covenant promise is to keep funds flowing to the priests like an open pipe from a reservoir, which is increasing in volume. In summary the vision is to permit and provide funds for good men and women of faith to go unto the ends of the earth (The Great Commission) to fulfill The Great Commandment (love God and one another) and thus improve the lives of people everywhere.
THE PROMISE
All funds donated to Kingdom Works will be multiplied and distributed to missions. Administration costs will be 'nil'
